Rob and Tere Lang are husband and wife artists from Southern California. Rob was born in Sandusky, Ohio and raised there before moving to California when he was ten. Tere was born in Berwin, Illinois and lived there for five years before moving to California. For almost 30 years, Rob and Tere juggled their love of art with professional careers and family commitments (aka four children). Relegated to being "weekend artists" for many years, they still managed to produce an array of drawings, paintings and lithographs that adorn homes and businesses across the country. With the kids all grown, and their careers behind them, Rob and Tere now devote themselves full time to their first great love and avocation.
Their love of animals, antiques and an appreciation for the past are strongly reflected in most of their art. Whether it be captured in brilliant color or the stark contrast of black and white, if you enjoy a slice of Americana, then you will enjoy the art of Rob and Tere Lang.
Rob and Tere's studio is located on their "Hell's Acre Ranch", in Lake Elsinore CA.
